It is vital that as a campaign we get accurate information about how deep the problems run in our NHS. We need to know what you, the members of public, are experiencing when you access NHS services. How can we assess the effects of the many structural problems that have taken place in our healthcare service unless we know the outcomes of these changes?
For this reason we have put together an online survey to ask about the standard of care people are receiving in the NHS. Please if you can spare five minutes can you try to answer the questions on this survey. This will help guide us when we decide what areas of campaigning need to be prioritised.
